Infringement Report Policy

Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act

We, at Top 10 review lists ardently oppose all cases of iinfringements on intellectual property rights, including copyrights. First, our policy requires that we act expeditiously on notifications of alleged copyright infringement that meet the requirements outlined in the DMCA.

You may report an alleged infringement notice according to the DMCA requirements to our designated agent: support@top10reviewlist.com

As per DMCA requirements, your report must include the following details and information: 

• A physical or electronic certificate of signature by a person authorized to act on behalf of the purported owner is an exclusive right.
• A clear and distinct identification of the alleged infringed work copyright (and formulated in a manner allowing us to verify such an allegation).
• Details of the complaining party, including a physical address, a phone number, and an email if possible.
• This is an assertion that the objecting party believes, in good faith, that the use of material involved in a complaint matter was not supported by authorization from the copyright owner or its agent, as well as any legally relevant statute.
• The statement that the notification should be true and certified under penalty of perjury by a stating party that has authority to act on behalf of.

According to the DMCA law, anyone who deliberately and materially misrepresents that material or activity infringes copyright may face a penalty.

Upon receipt of such notices, we shall promptly act to investigate the situation and where necessary disable access or take down content.

We may, as required by the DMCA, suspend and/or otherwise terminate the access of repeated offenders to our website (or any other related content thereto) as we see fit and per the policy determined by us from time to time. To prevent infringers from taking advantage of and abusing such policies, we do not disclose them.

Challenging Your Claim:

Please consider the possible fair use implications of the materials that you have indicated to allegedly breach the copyright of the owner of such materials. We reserve the right to challenge abuses of the DMCA process, and your use of the form below does not waive that right.

Indemnification:

You may be liable for damages and indemnify the Top 10 Reviews List (including costs and attorneys’ fees) in the event of your willful misrepresentation that material or activity infringes on copyright.
